A New Way to Build in SK: “Your Building. Your Way.”
Sask Buildings introduces three clear building pathways for SK land owners:
Turnkey Builds
Full project management and construction from start to finish, with owners onsite every day until the job is done.
Assist Builds
Bakke Contracting handles the structural essentials — posts, framing, trusses, and roof — while customers finish the remainder on their timeline and budget.
Frame Kits / DIY Packages
Engineered plans, pre-packaged materials, and delivery for customers who want to build themselves.
This flexible model gives customers more choice, more transparency, and more control over their investment.
